Applying Direct to HK

I am a Sri Lankan national living in Singapore. Can I apply for my visa direct from Hong Kong.

Do I need a sponsor?

I understand that the visa fee is 190 HKD, but how do I include the postage fee and how much is it ? Do I add the postage fee to the 190KHD in one bank draft ?

Yes, you can apply from HK Immigration Department directly. It would be better if you have a local in HK as your sponsor. But it isn't a must if you don't have. If I were you, I would apply from Chinese embassy in Singapore directly. It costs 80 Singaporean dollars in total. Mail application isn't safe. There is a risk that your application might be delayed or even lost on the way.
