About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

Permanent Residency and living in Beijing

I am a practicing advocate and I am 64 years old. Now I want to stop my practice and come over to Beijing and live there as a retired man with my wife. Can I get permanent visa to live in China ?

It is very difficult. I am not sure if your wife is a Chinese or not, if yes, you are eligible to apply for a family visit visa with validity of one year, it can be extended before expires.
