About:Chongqing Ship

Is there boat going from chonqging to Wuhan? Even if we have to ride of to yichang.

I want to go from CQ to Shanghai, do you think I can do it only by cruising on a boat ?
I don't want to cruise with the very expensive companies, just want cruise with local ferry
Can you tell me if you think it's even possible

Yes, there are such ferry services both to Wuhan and Shanghai, but there they are not operated by local normal ferry but by big cruise companies.
As I know, at Chaotianmen Port, the cruise will traverse 1,274 km, and the duration is about 6 days. There are also cruises to Shanghai, the travel time is about 10 days.
As for detailed price, you can consult to the ferry companies.

Actually, to avoid these expensive cruise ship, you can travel by train from CQ to Wuhan or Shanghai. Both ordinary and bullet trains are available and they are the choices of most regular passengers. You can check the detailed train schedule on this website.
