From Hung Hom Station in Kowloon, take the East Rail Line to Lo Wu Station. Passing the immigration, you will reach SZ.1

No, the taxi cannot get you to the Shenzhen, for they can only drive you to the immigration border. And then you need to get off the bus and go through the immigration. After that, take another taxi to your destination.
