Is the subway connecting the Changsha airport and if yes,when it will be ready?

No, no metro lines leading to the airport now. As I heard, the line 11 will extend to the airport in 2017, but according to the latest report, the line 11 will be taken place by the maglev, which will be put into use in 2016.1
