Actually the fare offered by the hotel is reasonable. I had rented a car from the airport to Jiuzhaigou, and the fare is CNY250 in day time. You are arriving late at night, and an extra fee of CNY50 is charged. So I think you can just use the hotel car rental service. Or you can share the car with other fellow travelers to cut down cost.
