US tourist visa duration of visit

I am a US citizen and want to visit, multiple cities in China, I have a 10 year tourist type, and this year I spent 1 week in Beijing already. On my next trip to China what is the maximum duration I can stay for?

Peter, according to what I know, the duration of stay for 10 years L type is 60 days per entry. It means that you have 60 days every time you arrive. However, you need to check your L type to confirm this. It's written as "Duration of Stay" on you L type.

Peter, how to get the 10 years tourist one? What kind of documents did you provide and how much did you use as financial background? Did you had an invitation later? Pleas im asking because you went through the process and was granted. Thus please detailed informations would help me a lot!
