You can see whether the company is willing to send your wife an invitation as well. If yes, she can apply for the M type. If not, she can only apply for the tourist L type.0

Company don't want to give invitation for my wife. L Type is ok. Is it possible to get 3 month period with L Type for my wife. What is process for applying this?0
