1. Oh, are you Indian Passport Holder?
If yes, you don't need to apply for the visa. You can stay in HK for 14 Days and Macao for 30 days without visa. So don't worry.

2. You can arrange the three days' sightseeing in the following way.
Day 1: Disneyland Resort, Tsim Sha Tsui, A Symphony of Lights
Day 2: Ngong Ping 360, Big Buddha, Lantau Island
Day 3: Ruins of St. Paul's, Senado Square, Macau Tower, Fisherman's Wharf

3. About the transportation from Hong Kong to Macao, you can take direct ferry from HK-Macao Ferry Terminal. The schedules are from 07:00 to 23:59 with the interval of 15 mins. After the midnight, they depart at 00:30, 01:00, 01:30, 02:30, 04:00, 04:45 and 06:00. The duration is about 55 mins. The ticket fare is 164 HKD per person.

Well, within 0.6 miles to your hotel, there are a lot of scenic spots, such as Monte Fort, Senado Square, Ruins of St Paul and Macau Museum. You can reach them within 15 – 20 mins walking.
