Hi, I am Lithuanian but working and Living in Iraq - Erbil

I want to go and register one company There, how can i get Multi Entry Visa for Hong Kong

Rober, with your passport, you can enter Hong Kong without the entry permit and you can stay for 90 days after each entry. So I don't think you need to apply for the multi-entry permit.
