About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

How can I buy Shanghai Public Transportation Card at Pudong terminal? I mean do they speak English?

Because I can't speak Chinese.

Yes, the working staff can speak simple English, don’t worry about it.
By the way, Inside the subway station of the airport, you can buy the transportation card.
