The best way must be taking a flight. There is a direct flight between the two cities, and the travel time is about 3 hours.
Or if you want to save some money, you can make a transfer in Shenzhen. From Shenzhen airport, there is shuttle bus running to Luohu, which borders Hog Kong and connects HK with a metro line.2
