Hi Rachel! You can't apply for it at the Singapore embassy. Instead, you should apply from the CVASC branch in Singapore. The documents you need to submit include your passport, a photocopy of the passport's data page, a fully completed application form attached with your color bare-headed photo taken within six months, the original and photocopy of your residence permit in Singapore, and round-trip tickets and hotel reservations. The cost is 65 Singapore dollars.
