getting along with colleagues: My colleague is born in 1979 & I am born in 1965 .

Yes, you shall get along well. Actually, you share a lot in common in personalities and interests. Due to this, you may have many common topics. You would like to share ideas, but rare argument happens. Just be sincere and you can even be friends.
