we are a group of 4 travelling to haikou, china.

Question

All 4 of them departing on 1/2/16, 1 of them returning on 15/2/16 and the other 3 returning on 24/2/16.1) May i know where can we apply for VISA please?2) When should we make the application ie months or weeks in advance?

Well, are you all Singpore Passport Holders?If yes, you are exempt from visa for 15 days. The one who will return on Feb.15 doen't need the visa.The rest of three people need to apply for China Visa. You can apply it at Singapore CVASC one month in advance. Or you can apply for VOA when you landing at the airport.
