Still i was not given the visa by adding the fax from the university

I attached the fax to my documents yesterday but the consular told me I cannot do another submission again because I have been refused for the second time. she didn't even listen to my explanations and she told me to leave her presence. The university told me they have sent a copy of the fax to the university five hours time before I did my submission but the consular at the embassy didn't even read the letter. I wonder why the Chinese come to my country freely without any questions and they are refusing me the application while I have paid $6300 for my tuition ,and accommodation to the university in Shenyang Medical College and I have attached all my documents but still the embassy in Ghana have refused to give me the x type. I will lose all my money sent to the university now because it is not refundable. Please what should I do now?
