Because there is a ceremony in Beijing on 3rd of September- please advise if this policy of 72 hours free visa is possible during this special time period.I arrive at Beijing at 13:00 on 01-09 and leave at 18:45 on 02-09.Thanks!

Efrat. the policy is still valid during the special time period, but the airports in Beijing will be closed from 09:30 to 12:30 on September 3, so you can't enter during that time. Anyway, this has nothing to do with your schedule. You can make use of the policy.
