I want to make application of M type

I am Rabie Jabasinee, and my nationality is Syrian and I live now in Dubai. I want to make application for visa of M type with multi entries though I already take it with multi entries in last year. Is there any extra documents needed beside the documents mentioned above ?

Except the documents mentioned above, you also need to submit the original and photocopy of your Dubai residence permit.
