About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I use free-72 hours?

I am arriving on october 28 at 11:20 AM and want to leave on October 31 on 11:55 AM can I use the 72 Hours visa?

It depends at which chinese city you arrive and if this city has TWOV.

I am arriving at beijng airport and I hold a dutch passport. After Beijng I will travel to Amsterdam. Tanks for your reply.

Well, the time is a little bit more than 72 hours, but I think it's OK. There is a leeway for you because the 72-hour period in Beijing counts from the monent when you have finished all necessary formalities. So if you do this not too fast, it's possible that you can still use the free transit policy.
