can i do another submission for the third time

Question

Please I have done submission for student type entry permit for two times with my jw202 and admission notice and all the attestations but was not given the visa. Please I have already paid more than the tuition fee to the university before the jw202 was made for me.

Turn to the school for help when necessary. You can submit the application again, but you had better wait for a time before submitting.
