About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Is there any way that we can find out whether a particular foreign person is marry in China?

You can go to the local Civil Affairs Bureau and tell the officer that person's name, nationality, age, etc, and see if his marriage information can be found in the online system. If you can find his information, it means he have registered marriage in China.
