Place in Beijing Haidian that sells China-made waterproof leather winter boots

I will be staying in BUPT Hotel in Haidian in Oct. Where in Haidian can I buy China-made waterproof leather winter boots that I can wear during winter in Germany?

I don't know a store nearby, but you may consider the Jinwuxing Department Wholesale Market. It is only 1-1.2mi away from your hotel. You can even walk there in around 20min. The location is no. 18, Mingguang West Road. Go for a try. Good luck!
