How to book bullet train ticket at beijing west station? is there english speaking counter there?

I'm afraid there is no dedicated English service counter, but in the ticketing window, the staff can speak simple Chinese, and you will feel no trouble buying ticketing there. By the way, there are signs in English indicating the direction everywhere. You do not need to worry about that.0
