About:Chengdu Travel

Adivce for travel to Chengdu

Day 1 : arrive around 14:00, Should I take train or bus from Shuangliu International Airport to Emei Mountain (most convenience)? May I know how long it takes to reach and the cost? Check in summit hotel.

Day 2 : Morning sunrise at summit, and half day to cover attraction in Emei.
Depart from Emei at 13.00 and take bus to Leshan Mountain for the big buddha. Depart at 17:00 to CD, check in hotel. Or should I stay at Leshan and catch a bus to jiuzhaigou next morning? Which departure can shorten journey time.

Day 3 to Day 4 at jiuzhaiguo.

Day 5 : on the way back from jiuzhaigou, spend 1 night at midway, please advise best stopover, bus or train available and cost .

Day 6 to day 7 : continue journey back to CD, stay 2 night.

Day1: U can take a high speed train from Shuangliu Airport to Emeishan in 60-70min. Upon arriving, take a taxi to the scenic area within 15-20min at a cost of CNY20-30. Then check in summit hotel.

Day 2: After sightseeing there, go to Emeishan Baoguosi Bus Station (closest to the mountain) or Emeishan Passenger Transport Center to Leshan Xiaoba Bus Station. Transfer to a taxi to the Big Buddha for a visit. You can fully enjoy yourself there and go to Leshan Passenger Transport Center to take a bus back to CD and head for Jiuzhaigou in the next morning. Leshan has no direct transport to Jiuzhaigou.
P.S. The last bus leaves from Leshan to CD at 19:25 and it takes around 2 hours.

Day 5: You can spend a day at Guangyuan. Buses from Jiuzhaigou to Guangyuan are available (around CNY97) and the transport (buses and trains) further to CD are very convenient (fee is around CNY110 per person).
