The best mode for you is the ferry, and you do not need to go through the imigration. Upon landing, just buy the ferry ticket, present your luggage tag receipt, and your luggage will be transferred to the ferry terminal directly. There is also a free shuttle bus from HKIA to Skypier. It is easy to shuttle between.
