busines visa for foreigner in china

Hello, I'm going for travel in September using tourist type, going back home on 1st October. On 6th October I should be in there again but for business purpose , staying 65 days. The problem is, that because of holiday i will not have enought time to arrange the busines type in my country. I was thinking about applying already during my September trip to China. Do you think it will be possible? I'm from Czech republic. Thank you very much

Lukas, you can visit local entry and exit management bureau and ask if you can change toursit tyep into a M type without leaving. According to what I know, those who hold shor-term entry permits can't do this. They are required to get back to their country to apply.

If you really need get back to deal with your business letter, I think you might extend your L type. It's doable. Then you can do your business matter under L type. It's true that this is against the law. But it could be the solution for you because you don't have enough time to reapply even you get back to your country. Just keep a low profile and don't let any other guys know about this. And I have to say that there is a risk if you do business under L type. You have to understand this.
