L Visa. Is Taiwan considered leaving the country? They will restamp my passport when I come back?

I have a one year multi entry one. I have to make a trip so I don't stay longer than the 3 months each time I am supposed to.

Alex, you can go to Taiwan. When you come back, you will have new stamps on your passport.
