Dear,I'm holding a Lebanese passport and leaving in Dubai for teh last 10 years; and would like to visit China in April. During my stay, I will go to Hong Kong and come back to china. Do I need double entry visa or multiple visa?? DO i need visa to hong kong?? How much time it will take the visa to be issued for each country.

You need a double entry visa to Mainland China. You also need a visa to Hong Kong. It takes 4 working days for Mainland China visa application. If your HK visa application don't need to be sent to Immigration Department of HK government, it also takes 4 working days. otherwise, it takes one month.
