You can take subway Luobao Line to Window of World Station and transfer to Shekou Line to Shekou Port directly. Then take ferry to get to Hong Kong. The schedules are 07:45, 10:15, 11:45, 14:15, 16:45 and 19:15.
Actually, it's not necessary for you to take the ferry. Just pass the custom from Luohu Port and you will enter Hong Kong directly. There you will find metro East Rail Line to Hung Hom.2
