About:China Tourist Visa

how to get tourist visa from mainland china?

I have a student type and it will expires next week. I can't deal a new student type because all schools are closed, so I need a tourist one to win time. Is it possible this solution? And how can I get this from Beijing, for example?

You can change your current student X type to a tourist L type at Beijing Exit & Entry Administration office. The officer may give you one-month stay duration on the L type. However, it's not easy to conver the L type into X type in Beijing if you have no plan to leave.
