Hi. Pls recommend a nice 3-4 star hotel near convention in Binhai around CNY 500 possibly within walking distance. Also a reliable car rental online booking site with English speaking drivers. Thanks.

HNA Beach & Spa Resort is a good choice for you. The price is around CNY 450 per night. The hotel provides comfortable environment and warm service. The address is 111 West Binghai Road. As I know, this hotel has Airport pickup service. You can book the car from the hotel. But I'm not sure whether they have English speaking drivers or not. You can call 0898-68715666 to know more information.Actually, it's hard to find a driver speaking English in China.
