Do you refer to Harbour Grand HK?
If yes, in the morning, you can have the breakfast in the hotel. Then take Island Line at Fortress Hill Station, get off at Central Station, Exit E. After that, walk to Tram Station to take cable car and arrive at Victoria Peak. The return way is the same.

The next destination is Times Square Station. Take tram at Des Voeux Road Central (Pedder Street), and go to Hennessy Road (Canal Road West). Then walk southeast around 275 yards. You can find many nice restaurants in there.

After having lunch, take Island Line at Causeway Bay Station, get off at Admiralty Station. Then transfer to Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui Station, Exit D1. After that, walk south around 400 yards to arrive at Avenue of Stars (Victoria Bay). It's one of the best places to see the light show. The show is at 20:00. Before the show starts, you can have the dinner in Tsim Sha Tsui Area. There are many restaurants there.

Oh, I see.
In the morning, walk from your hotel to Yau Ma Tei area. You can find many tea restaurants there. Hacve a good breakfast. After that, walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR station to take Tsuen Wan line to Admiralty. There you can transfer to Island Line to Causeway Bay. Walk from exit B and head for Time Square for shopping. Also near the Causeway Bay area, you can find many local snacks.

Then you may hold many things from shopping, take a taxi or take Island MTR line and then Tsuen Wan Line to Mong Kok to return your hotel for a rest. Start off light to use Tsuen Wan line to Tsim Sha Tsui. Walk onto the Avenue of Stars to enjoy the Symphony of Lights (Attention: The Avenue of Star is expected to be closed since this Sep. ). Afterwards, still use the same MTR line or walk to Jordan Station and further to Temple Street Night Market. It is very busy for night dining. You won't be disappointed. The MTR will also take you to Mong Kok and walk to your hotel.
