Is there a Van to take us from train coming from Shenzhen to hotel booked and the estimate cost.

Well, you will arrive at North Railway Station. It's about 12 miles away from the city center. It is hard to find a van on your own upon arrival, you can contact the hotel and see whether if they can arrange pick-up service for you.
