i want to go back in phil. how much penalty i will pay for overstaying here in china for 11months?

and where will i surrender?

You may need to pay 10000 RMB. You can surrender at the local police station.

mam Dana I will surrender in the local police here in the place of my employer? and they will bring me in shanghai embassy? and how many days before they send me in the Philippines?

Yes, you are right. Seriously, I am not sure how they deal with your case. They may not bring you to your embassy. According to some foreigners, you not only pay the fine but also are detained for a certain time. Then you are deported and sent back to your country.

hello mam Dana were will the local police detained me if they will not bring me to the embassy?mam dana i think its better that i will surrender in Shanghai Philippine embassy coz I'm afraid to surrender in the local police,i don't think what they can do to me maybe some police here are bad,..mam Dana how many days before they will send me go back to Phil?thank you

The Philippine embassy will not help too much. Whether you can go out is determined by the local police. If you don't pay the penalty, they will detain you for about half a month according to the law. However, they may detain you longer in real practice.
