opening hours for ticket pick up

Hi, I want to pick up my tickets in BJ west railway station does the pick up counter has an specific opening hours? And is there an special counter for online pick up tickets?

BJ west works 24 hours for the collection, and there is special couner for collection. But if you go there late in the night, it is not sure if that still working, but at least the normal booking counter is also OK for the collection.
