Kiwi in Phnom Penh

Hi there

I'm a New Zealander travelling in Asia. I'd like to visit Yunnan Province as a tourist.
Can I apply for a tourist visa for China when in Phnom Penh, and if so, how long should I expect processing to take?

Yes, it's possible to apply for a tourist type entry permit from Vietnam. The process usually takes about four working days.
