You can apply for China visa in Spain, there are China embassy in Madrid, China consulate in Barcelona, they have different consular districts, if you live in Barcelona Province, Lleida Province, Girona Province and Tarragona Province, please go to China consulate in Barcelona to apply visa, if you live other places, please go to Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Madrid to apply visa.
