can i get a z visa in hong kong?

Hi, I am a German citizen and travel at the moment. I won't go to Germany in the next few months, so I am unable to apply there. Can I get my Z type in HK?

Heidi, you can try to apply but I can't guarantee that you can apply succesfully because the new rule requires that the applications need to provide their HK resident status. If they refuse your application, then you might try some agencies. They might be capable to help you apply.
