Christina, you need to apply for a double-entry permits to HK from the Chinese consulate in Singapore. It takes four working days to deal with your application. The cost is around 15 Singaporean dollars. If you have valid entry permit or resident permit for Singapore, then you can stay in Macau without any other document for 7 days.
