is it hard to make business visa for me?

Hello. Chinese friend planing to open bar and take me as his partner. what kind of documents i need to get, where to apply and what time period to get as soon as possible? thank you!

Andrew, you should apply from the PRC embassy in your coutry. In principle, you need to get a work Z type if you plan to stay in China for a long time and work in the bar. However, if you don't plan to stay long, you can try to apply for the M type, which is easier to get. If you can use the rush service, the application process takes three working days.
