I have a 10 hr layover in Pudong in October and would like to know about the most convenient and cheapest way to get to Nanjing Rd (for shopping) and the Bund (preferably the Maglev plus Metro ticket combo)

Oh, yes. You can take Maglev train to get to Longyang Road Station. Then transfer to subway line 2 to East Nanjing Road. The wholeway takes around half an hour. After visiting Nanjing Road, you can walk east to get to the Bunds. The return way is the same. So you are suggested to buy the combon ticket. It costs CNY 85 per person, which contains round-trip SMT ride and 24 hours free subway.
