Do you know what is the exchange rate of Euro and Dollar in Beijing?

Where is the best place to exchange the money, what bank ?

According to the current rate, one Euro can exchange 1.1 US dollars, and the rate fluctuates constantly. You can go to the Bank of China, where you can get a reasonable rate.
