minimum age for working visa

Hello, Is there any minimum age request for getting working Z type? I am 22 years old and have bachelor degree. In one agency I was told I have to be 24 years old.

George, the overall minimum age for getting the work Z type is 18. In some provinces and cities, the age limit may differ. In addition, I think the "24-year old age requirement" may have something to do with the "two years of work experience" if you just obtained your bachelor degree and had no work experience.
