About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

I am indian. right now i am working in dubai hotel. I got offer from Royal caribbean.

I have letter of employment. I will join my ship in china. I need to know about visa type and I want to apply it from dubai. then I will resgin in my current hotel and my dubai visa will be canceledl. Then I will go back to India. and I will take flight New delhi to Shangai.
Is that possible?

Samir, you need to get a C type from the embassy. Your plan is OK and you can apply from Dubai. Your work permit and a letter from the cruise line will be required for submission.

Today i went to consulate of china in dubai. They told me about some more document like alien employement document from china and visa notice

Then I think they are asking you to apply for a work Z type.

Yes u r right. They given me some sample paper. In that paper written requirement for z type. And i told to him i need to apply c type.
