Hi
Went to apply for the 10 year passport yesterday.
They refused to even take the application because we have no returned flight booked and do not have an itinerary set up. Our cruise ship lands in Shanghai Sept/16 and we were told we would not be able to get on the Cruise boat without a China entry permit. Who sells Air tickets over a year in advance. If we wait till July of next year we will only have 8 years 1/2 years left. Could they then request a NEW 10 year passport to match the requested 10 year Visa?
We were hoping to watch Air fares prices before we firm up a specific date.....also possible extension tour to Tibet.
