Is it possible to visit the Temple of Heaven, Beihai park and Jingshan in 1 day in Beijing?

Yes, one day is enough to cover these three spots.
Two hours is enough for the sightseeing in the temple of heaven. Beihai Park and Jingshan Park is walking distance between each other. 4-5 hours is sufficient to cover these two parks.
