About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I'm Bulgarian citizen with tourist (1month) visa in China.Is it possible to make M type in Hong Kong

You can give it a shot. However, as you don't have HK residency, I'm not sure whether you can get it successfully. I advise you to consult this with agencies and see if they can provide better solutions for you.
