I'm travelling to Taiwan on 20 Oct to 23 Oct.

Will it be a good time to travel? My friend are now at taiwan ans she is experiencing the typhoon there...

Yes, the end of October is a good time for sightseeing. The climate will be cool and comfortable. Fewer rainy days won't influence your travel a lot. You can fully appreciate the beautiful natural scenery of this area. About the clother, you can bring light jackets, T-shirts and jeans. Have fun!
