Is it legal to work in china with M visa for 6 months?

Is it possible to create a chinese bank account with M type?

Nitz, you can work legally in China with the M type, but I'm afraid you can't get an M type with a stay duration of six months. In general, the maximum stay duration of M type is three months only. You can open a Chinese bank acount with the M type.
