About:China Visa Exemption

Do I have to get a visa or can I use the 24hour transit. If so do I need any paperwork or permit?

Hi I will be arriving into Shanghai by cruise ship and will get a direct transfer to Pudong airport.

Hey Elizabeth, you can make use of the 24-hour direct transfer policy. The required papers are your passport, entry permit for the next destination, and onward flight ticket.
